Ranveer Singh is the main starrer in this movie 83 and which is based on the India’s 1983 world-cup win which had organized in Lord’s London on 25^th June, 1983. The very young, charming, successful and talented actor Ranveer Singh is essaying the role of Captain Kapil Dev in 83 ‘movie’.

This sports based film 83 is directed by Kabir Khan and jointly produced by Kabir Khan along with Deepika Padukone,Vishnyvardhan Induri, Sajid Nadidwala and some production house like Reliance Entertainment, Phantom films and also 83 film limited. The wonderful film star Ranveer Singh is looking great and somewhat different as cricketer Kapil dev along with his queen Deepika Padukone.

Ranveer Singh feels grateful for being a part of this incredible movie based on Indian cricket win at the time of 1983 world-cup.
