Box office sensation Kartik Aryan and Kriti Sanon starrer Shehzada is all set to be released this weekend,
Kartik Aryan, king of the box office in the recent past is coming with his new film called ‘Shehzada’ opposite Kriti Sanon. Shehzada is a rom-com type of movie which will have some action sequences as well to give full entertainment to viewers. It is the sequel of the Telugu superhit film known as ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ in which Allu Arjun played the lead role along with Pooja Hegde. This film is being directed by the son of David Dhawan i.e Rohit Dhawan and produced by T-series films.
This film has got some interesting music composed by Pritam and sung by iconic Sonu Nigam, Arijit Singh, Diljit Dosanjh etc. This is the first time that Kartik Aaryan is co-producing a film, this film has some legendary star casts like Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy and Rajpal Yadav. The release date of Shehzada has been postponed from the 10th of Feb to the 17th of Feb. The initial date of release was extended due to the storm brought by the success of Shahrukh’s film Pathan. Pathan is doing very well at the box office so the makers decided to postpone the date by a week to get the maximum audience to theatres. It is going to release on 17th of Feb and the advance-booking booking has already started. However, it will be clashing with Marvel’s film Ant-man which is getting a tremendous response in pre-booking stats.
Shehzada trailer launch and premise :
Shehzada was announced in October 2021 and shooting started within a few weeks. Shehzada trailer was launched on the 12th of Jan, 2023 and it is one of the most loved trailers on YouTube with more than 70 million views. The storyline of Shehzada can be easily examined by the trailer only as it is expressive. However, the full-length plot of Shehzada can only be cleared after the release but here is the premise based on the trailer;
The storyline of Shehzada revolves around Kartik’s character called Bantu who has been nurtured by his foster father i.e Valmiki Upadhyay. The role of Kartik’s foster father has been played by Paresh Rawal, who hides the truth about Bantu’s actual parents. Bantu is an uncouth young boy who does not know of him being the son of a millionaire industrialist. He came to know very late that he is the son of industrialist Randeep Nanda. After knowing the truth, Bantu solves the family problem and the storyline gets an extension.
